I have been biting at the bit to get Josh and Liz’s wedding up on the blog! There is so much to love about this wedding . . . from the peach and mint color scheme, to Liz’s dogtourage and laid-back reception, Nathan and I had a blast shooting this most perfect day! Not to mention, we were all in heaven in the 70ish degree weather! I declare that NORTH is the only place to be for a summer wedding :) There were so many helping hands that went into making Josh and Liz’s day run smoothly, especially from the bride’s dad and Julie who hosted many of the pre-wedding festivities and wedding reception. Nathan and I felt so welcome and had fun getting to know the families behind this beautiful couple. Here are just a few of our favorite images from our special trip to Hammondsport, NY. ENJOY!
We started out the day at Liz’s grandfather’s house. Awaiting me was Sienna, the flower girl, ready to give me a fist bump for her mom’s wedding day.
Bubbaloo was ready to get his ring bearer attire on . . .
Totally GORGEOUS!
Liz and Josh’s first newlywed polaroid :) . . .
LOVE!
There wasn’t ANY dancing at the reception, but no one seemed to care or notice with the fun lawn games that were going on :)
Did I mention there were horses?!
Family portrait . . .
SWOON!
The wedding party . . . literally.
And, as usual, the flower girl and ring bearer were found sound asleep before the night’s end :)
Stunningly gorgeous!
Thanks Julie! You played a great part in making all this beauty come together :) HUGS!
