Nathan and Laura Married!: Tennessee Backyard Wedding

The moment Laura explained to me the vision/feel of her and Nathan’s wedding day, I knew we would make a great match! If you’ve been reading my blog recently, you may remember Laura and Nathan from their very laid-back and personalized engagement session. Everything about this wedding made me think of what it’s like living and growing up in the south and particularly Chattanooga, including some quintessential area vendors like The Clay Pot and Love, Peace & Happiness Band. The thing that I loved most about this wedding (besides the very sweet and jovial families that I got to work with) was how Laura and Nathan created many “wow factors” amongst a casual atmosphere. It had the perfect balance. Clad in seersucker suits and coral dresses, the wedding party was ready for Spring. Beautiful orchids, grown by Laura’s own mother, were displayed around Marr Chapel and the reception site, a family friend’s home. It was a beautiful backyard celebration with a dance floor that stayed busy the entire night. The whole event was southern and charming :) I also would like to give a huge shout out to Couture Cakes. The wedding cake was stunning! It was so hard to choose and narrow down pictures for this blog post SO to see the complete gallery, click HERE to get registered. Anyhow, congrats to a very amazing couple! I hope you all enjoy these pictures as much as I do!

We began the morning at Hair-a-go go . . . Next, we headed over to the Cosmetic Market at Warehouse Row. Some details to set the ceremony scene . . . I’m totally obsessed with succulents now. I want to learn how I can grow them at home. I love seeing sisters interact ;) Ok, totally gorgeous! Laura looked so perfect!
LOVE the color palette of this wedding! Looks so great against green! The guys looking so cute in their bow-ties . . . :) I could just squeeze ‘em! The handsome groom . . . Married! Some reception details to set the scene . . . The gals and dad Rolling on the River with Tina Leaving their reception, Laura and Nathan ran between two rows of sparklers as their friends oddly, yet fittingly, sung America the Beautiful. Whateves . . . it was funny :) LOL! And they’re off to happily ever after . . .
