I can’t think of a better wedding to post today than Chris and Lauren’s since the weather seems to be about the same . . . HOT! Anyone else dreaming of Pumpkin Spice Lattes from Starbucks yet or is it just me? haha! I loved the feel of this wedding as it was city-chic with an old-school nostalgia. Patten Parkway has totally transformed since I went to UTC and now I just want to go back to visit and wander around. We began the day at French Quarters Hair Salon for hair and make-up. Then, we made our way over to the Stone Fort Inn to finish getting ready, ending at Lindsay Street Hall where Lauren and Chris wed and danced the night away. The color palette for this wedding was citrus and embodied summer. Laura’s Garden did an AMAZING job on the flowers! Here are a few of my favorite images from Chris and Lauren’s wedding:
I thought the lil doggie in this pic was fitting since Chris is in the military :) Perhaps my fav! Isn’t Lauren gorgeous?! :) A fun sibling pic for mom :) Chris and his mom danced “the way they used to in the kitchen.” Doesn’t this warm your heart? :) Oops . . . little secret was let out during the MOH’s toast. hahaha! Newest addition to the LSH tent . . . misting machine! And they’re off to their happily ever after!
