Tyler and Julie Married!: Chattanooga – Patten Chapel

I am so thankful to have met Tyler and Julie! Even though they were high school sweethearts, their love looks new . . . even years later. They are such a beautiful couple inside and out. Julie blows me away every time I see her. Although it was her day of bridal beauty, she felt in awe over how beautiful her bridesmaids were

and turned attention to her friends. Again, Patten Chapel was packed to the brim! After a spirit-filled ceremony, guests made their way over to Lindsey Street Hall where twinkle lights, glittery stars, and bountiful displays of roses met them. Here are some of my favorite images from their day:

Julie began the day at San Bella Salon.
Julie has the prettiest eyebrows! Seriously, they are the perfect shape!

Here’s a quick look at a few posts I’ve been working on in between boudoir shoots this month. Take a look at beautiful Julie adjusting her veil the day of her wedding. I just love this picture! More from this wedding very soon.

AND here’s a look at an engagement session I did with Doreen and Kenny, who booked me at Julie and Tyler’s wedding. I thought it was fitting to put these sneak peeks together:)Special thanks to Lonna for shadowing this session!

Derek and Leigh Anne Married!: The Mill – Chattanooga

I’m not gonna lie . . . this past December was a fantastic month for weddings! I have shot at Patten Chapel many times but have never seen it look so beautiful in the winter light. And to my disbelief, there were still yellow leaves on one of my favorite trees! Everything looked GORGEOUS! Leigh Anne just made my day enjoying each moment of the day, giving some animated expressions for my camera. haha! Derek was methodical and calculated as usual. HOWEVER, I did snag a pic of him lettin’ loose to the music of Love, Peace & Happiness Band at the reception. HYSTERICAL! I get tickled every time I look at the picture. haha! I loved getting to know Leigh Anne and Derek even more at their Rehearsal Dinner the night before the big day. It made everything that much more meaningful shooting their wedding. It was nice to see how much their family and friends adore them and what an impact they’ve made on others’ lives. Patten Chapel was packed to the brim for their ceremony, something I had not seen before. Afterwards, everyone headed over to The Mill for a fun-filled night. Anyhow, I wish these two all the best! Here are a few of my favorite images from their day:

Oh my goodness! Could you have pictured a more perfect dress for Leigh Anne?!! So beautiful!
Laura Kellogg from Laura’s Garden created some beautiful bouquets for this wedding. LOVE!
Some moments from their first look . . .
I feel like this next picture (left) is so telling of their personalities and relationship. Cracks me up!
I loved Leigh Anne’s choice of color for her bridesmaids’ dresses! It’s so easy to go with a darker hue for a winter wedding but this color was just PERFECT!
Husband and wife singing duet! Isn’t that cute?! Love!

Leigh Anne was excited to dance with dad. HAHAHA!

And they’re off to happily ever after . . . MEEP MEEP!
Special thanks to Stephanie Rimer for keeping everyone on schedule and coordinating!
